We know the stress of not knowing what to dress your baby to sleep, especially being a first time mom, you still don’t have the acknowledgment of everything that suits the baby and makes them feel comfortable and not irritated by any factor, that’s why we decided to ease things on all mommies out there and give them the perfect guide on how to dress their babies according to the temperature of the room, here we go:

If the temperature of the sleeping place of the baby is above 26 Celsius (78 Fahrenheit) then there is no need for anything more than a cozy 100% cotton onesie.

If the temperature of the sleeping place of the baby is between 24 and 25 Celsius (75-77 Fahrenheit) then you need a light sleep sack (0.5 tog) in addition to the onesie.

If the temperature of the sleeping place of the baby is between 22 and 23 Celsius (71-74 Fahrenheit) then you need a light sleep sack (0.5 tog) and a long sleeve pajamas.

If the temperature of the sleeping place of the baby is between 20 and 21 Celsius (69-70 Fahrenheit) then you need a light sleep sack (1 tog), a long sleeve pajamas, and a onesie.

If the temperature of the sleeping place of the baby is between 18 and 19 Celsius (64-68 Fahrenheit) then you need a light sleep sack (1 tog), a long sleeve pajamas, and a long sleeve onesie.

If the temperature of the sleeping place of the baby is between 16 and 17 Celsius (61-63 Fahrenheit) then you need a light sleep sack (2 tog), a long sleeve pajamas, long sleeve onesie, and a pair of socks.

If the temperature of the sleeping place of the baby is below 16 Celsius (60 Fahrenheit) then you need a light sleep sack (2 tog), a long sleeve pajamas, long sleeve onesie, pair of socks, hat, and mittens.
