Unfortunately no, we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been dispatched. If no one is available at the specified address and the parcel remains unclaimed then it is sent back to us and redelivery charges will apply. Yes sure, we ship internationally for free except in very rare cases, we aim to deliver your order within 3-7 working days to Europe, America, Australia, Canada and Britain according to customs clearance.
It may take 7-13 working days in very rare cases.
As for shipping to the rest of the world, it takes 7-15 working days.

3. Go back to the online shop and enter the six-digit confirmation code.

4. Click on the order you want to submit the return for.

5. If your order includes more than one item, select the items you would like to return.

6. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

7. Click on **Request a return**. If your return request is approved and shipping is required, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. If the product has been returned, you will receive a refund.

Yes, of course, we aim to give you a comfortable and happy shopping process, so we give you the right to return the products that did not suit you or that you did not like, provided that they were not damaged during the product trial and the full amount will be refunded.
